I’m Latia Harris, founder of Latitude & Levity® and a former People & Culture executive. Each week, I look at the rules we’ve inherited about success. Those rules shape our choices and workplaces, and we carry them into our relationships and the lives we’re building beyond work.

At the center of the show is one question: “What’s this actually asking of the humans making it happen?” That question is at the heart of Designed Success: getting clear about what success is for, then building it without sacrificing what matters most.
